• Drive new business opportunities from prospecting through closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with, and help support, team members via to offer feedback, suggestions, and sales best practices.

Must have experiences:
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales
• Track record of successfully self-sourcing opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales goals in a remote environment.
• Understanding of modern sales processes, best practices, and frameworks.
• Experience sourcing and closing SaaS deals.
• Partnering with adjacent teams to drive company-wide results.
• Demonstration of a strong work ethic, persistence, and adaptability.
• Clear communicator (written and verbal).
• Open to coaching and feedback

Nice to have experiences:
• Moderate to advanced familiarity with Hubspot, Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Excel and LinkedIn.
• Selling to oil and gas producers, renewable energy developers, chemical companies, or consultants preferred but not required.
• A/B messaging testing and shaking up sales demos and processes,
• Knowledge of renewable energy and/or chemical industry basics and/or project development processes.

What you’ll do:
• Identify, pursue, qualify, forecast, and close new business prospects.
• Present a compelling business case and deliver effective demos aligned with customer pain points, needs, and initiatives.
• Creatively negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Participate in GTM initiatives including product features, pricing, messaging, and sales collateral.
• Participate in industry conferences and events.
