In the US, ICE listed vintage 2019 and 2020 futures and options contracts for CCAs, and vintage 2017 futures and options for RGGI, allowing any allowances up to those years to be delivered.

Vintage 2019 CCAs will be offered by the state starting at the Feb. 2016 WCI auction, while vintage 2020 units will enter the market in 2017.

In Europe, ICE’s CER futures will be extended to cover all quarters up to Dec. 2020, and its CER options extended to cover all December expiries to the end of 2020.
