Australia’s Climate Change Authority calls for “urgent” review on methane emissions measurement practices

The Climate Change Authority has called for urgent phase out and revisions of certain methodologies used to measure fugitive methane emissions from Australia's coal, oil, and gas facilities, as part of reviews into GHG emissions reporting legislation and the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme.
