UPDATE – Malaysia, Vietnam unveil national energy transition plans

The Malaysian and Vietnamese governments have released plans that will chart the course of their energy transition out to 2030 and 2050, each with sectoral based initiatives designed to carry the burden of balancing increasing energy demand, while reducing GHG emissions.
