New Zealand ups fixed price option, sets inaugural ETS cap

New Zealand on Tuesday confirmed it will increase the fixed price option in its emissions trading scheme to NZ$35 in 2020, and announced a total cap for the market for 2021-25 that has swelled by 9 MtCO2e since its previous proposal.
