Project Manager Role

We seek a committed and experienced project manager who is passionate about efficient project management and building high impact projects. We seek a part-time consultant who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and has project management skills.

  • Start Date: 15 January 2025
  • Contract Type: Term limited 9 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Government engagement from central to local levels
  • Oversee Community engagement efforts
  • Oversee soil and biomass sampling efforts
  • Contribute to the strategic design of nature-based carbon projects.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain thorough records.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Facilitate communication within project teams and with external partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven client support experience, particularly with land management skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional relationship building and maintenance skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong dedication to environmental sustainability.
  • Understanding of soil and vegetation ecological processes.
  • Understanding of social impact and community development.
  • Qualifications: Proven project management skills preferred.
  • Characteristics: Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong scientific and report writing skills.
