UPDATE – Oregon fiscal committee approves carbon market legislation, setting up floor votes

Oregon’s joint fiscal committee sent on the state’s WCI-modelled cap-and-trade proposal to full floor votes in the House and Senate on Wednesday afternoon, though some Democratic lawmakers expressed further concerns about the legislation.
