Swiss firm South Pole has sold its majority stake in Australian carbon offset project developer Climate Friendly back to the company.

A previous version of this article stated in the final paragraph that Natural Carbon does not have any projects registered with the Clean Energy Regulator. The company has since informed Carbon Pulse it has registered 16 projects with the regulator, but under the names of the land managers or organisatons it works with.
