Held to the fire – The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has sued burger chain Grill’d for alleged greenwashing over its Tree Day Tuesday campaign, it said on Tuesday. Grill’d said it had donated A$250,000 under the campaign, the Guardian reported. ACCC said it is seeking declarations, penalties, costs, and other orders from the court.
