The consultant will work on the Strategic Country Cluster Evaluation of the SIDS portfolio.

Organisation: Independent Evaluation Office, Global Environment Facility (IEO)

Position:Caribbean Regional Consultant

Duty Station:The consultancy will take place at own place of work and agreed and approved mission countries (Cuba and the Dominican Republic.)

Deadline for Application:28 January 2019

Term:Maximum 24 days

Experience Requirements: The consultant will work on the Strategic Country Cluster Evaluation of the SIDS portfolio. Caribbean based consultants with a master or advanced degree in a subject matter related to small island developing states, island development, small island environmental challenges, the water-energy-food nexus in relation to SIDS in the Caribbean, more than 15 years of experience in large scale policy, strategic, thematic and/or program evaluations, including considerable experience in the evaluation of SIDS interventions in the Caribbean, and experience in evaluations focused on environmental challenges, either at the project, program or policy level, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
