CORRECTION: Lawyers’ lawsuit against New Zealand commission over NDC soon to be heard

The New Zealand High Court will soon hear a lawsuit against the independent Climate Change Commission filed by an activist lawyer group over the CCC's climate recommendations to the government.

Corrects to point out that the claim of offset reliance has been removed from the original suit, and that the amended suit was filed in November 2021.
