  1. I have not seen the follow up article on these tenders – would be interested to know a little more on how it went and what are the projects/countries participating/winning.

      If there was a 2016 tender, we didn’t write about it. I’ve had a look for the results of the 2017 and 2018 tenders, but the UNOPS website is incredibly difficult to manoeuvre, and downloading the entire dataset doesn’t yield any obvious conclusions. I’ve emailed UNOPS to inquire, but last time it took multiple attempts and ages for them to respond. We’ll file a story on the results if they get back to us.
