The Manager Climate Change and Coordination will collaborate and influence across all program areas of Sustainability Victoria to identify opportunities to achieve our climate change objectives, whilst overseeing the organisation wide effort for the delivery and continual improvement of Victoria’s voluntary Climate Change Pledge initiative, TAKE2. This role oversees the continual improvement and cross organisational delivery of the TAKE2 program.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead the team responsible for Sustainability Victoria’s thought leadership, coordination and delivery of climate change initiatives. Drive SV’s contribution to climate change policy development led by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), design and deliver interventions that contribute to the realisation of Victoria’s Climate Change Framework.
A strong ability to connect with and influence senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes will enable your engagement and collaboration across SV. We are looking for candidates who can bring drive, a strong leadership background and knowledge of climate change and energy policy. Additionally, you will have experience contributing to policy development and the design and implementation of initiatives.
