Kelly Services is currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for one of our top clients in North York, ON.

Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 9 months

Hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day) – go with standard business hours

Pay Rate: $33.1

Responsibilities/Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain client’s CITSS status
  • Develop and maintain carbon market readiness Microsoft Project plans; complete follow-ups and communicate with affected group to ensure timely implementation
  • Manage payment processes for bi-lateral or offset transactions
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Enbridge’s capped participant list
  • Work with Large Business Account (“LBA”) to advise of new capped participant (annually)
  • With the assistance of LBA, retain a list of closed/modified capped participant’s account numbers
  • Maintain, implement and continually improve carbon market readiness checklists
  • Develop and maintain carbon market readiness Microsoft Project plans; complete follow-ups and communicate with affected group to ensure timely implementation

Qualifications:

  • Experience or willingness to learn about Cap and Trade and GHG reporting
  • University degree in Engineering, Business/Commerce or Economics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Previous regulatory experience would be an asset; project management designation an asset
